  • Construction of Mbogo Road, Kampala.
  • Reconstruction of the Kasubi Royal Tombs, a World Heritage Site.
  • Construction of the Food Technology & Business Incubation Centre, School of Food Technology, Nutrition & Bio-Engineering.
  • Upgrading of Drainage Black Spots in Kampala - Phase 1 under Kampala Capital City Authority
  • Emergency Repairs of Karamoja Flood Damaged Roads; Package 3; Moroto (Ariamoi) - Lopei - Kotido Road
  • Implementation of Physical Road Safety Improvements at identified Black Spots along Kampala - Entebbe Road and Kampala - Jinja Road.
  • Upgrading of Binaisa and Masiro road to bitumen standards.
  • Emergency road repairs of 12 roads within Kampala.
  • Tarmacking of Kisenyi Road.
  • Beautification of clock tower-Nsambya-Gaba/Munyonyo Road Corridor.
  • Term maintenance of Bulokoto Njeru road.
  • Construction of Ngusi Bridge.
  • Construction of Ivys Hotel Kampala, a 4 star hotel.
  • Emergency repairs on Kakyanga and Luuku ferry landing sites.
  • Construction of 9no. valley tanks in Nakasongola district.
  • Construction of Komosing, Angaro and Kangarok valley tanks in Kotido district, Karamoja region.
  • Construction of Longoritopoj valley dam in Kotido district, Karamoja region
  • Construction of an extension distribution water supply network for Kirinya Kito.
  • Water service distribution works in Kawempe and Bwaise.
  • Construction of numerous Shell, Caltex and Kobil service stations all over the country.
  • Construction of Shell Gatsata depot in Kigali, Rwanda.
  • Construction of Obwengyerero and Kagamba valley tanks in Isingiro district jointly funded by DANIDA and the Government of Uganda (Ministry of Water and Enviroment).
  • Construction of Lokichar Turtuko Nyakwae road and Nyakwae Bridge in Karamoja funded by the European Union and supervised by the Ministry of Works and Transport.
  • Works on 24 urban roads in Western Eastern and North Eastern Uganda funded by the Government of Uganda (Ministry of Works and Transport).
  • Emergency repairs on Kapchorwa- Kapkwata road in Eastern Uganda funded by Government of Uganda (Uganda National Roads Agency).
  • Construction of Kasensero landing site funded by the EU.
